Single Sign-On set up is part of the initial configuration of your instance and is a collaborative effort between your Ignyte Service Delivery Team and a customer technical resource. The setting needs to be enabled and configuration keys must be entered on the Single Sign-On Settings screen and tested to validate proper configuration.



Note:

Please reach out to Ignyte if you need assistance on how to generate your ClientId and Client Secret from your SSO Provider (i.e., Azure, AD, Okta, etc.).
