The Audit History page is accessed by clicking the user drop-down in the top right corner of the platform and then clicking "Settings." Audit History is accessible under the "Organizational Settings" section. After clicking "Audit History," the page below is displayed:
This information is not modifiable intentionally. Pagination is provided by using the arrow icons or numbers in the top right of the Histories table to page through the content.
