SoR relationships can be configured by first clicking the user drop-down in the platform's top right corner. Next, within the Custom SoR section, click "SOR Relationships." This displays the page below:



To add a new relationship type, click the orange + NEW RELATIONSHIP TYPE button located below the user drop-down. This will present several text boxes to input the relationship type, inverse type, and description. Be sure to save the configuration with the orange SAVE button in the bottom right corner of the window. This will add the relationship type to the list. To edit or delete an added relationship, click the horizontal "…" to the right of the newly added item and make the appropriate selection.


These relationship types are utilized within the custom SoR by first clicking on the desired SoR from the platform's top navigation bar. Next, click the vertical "…" and select "record relationship":


This will display the Add Bulk Relationship window:



First, records may be filtered by record type or simply selected along with the specified relationship type. To save, click the orange ADD button in the bottom right corner of the window.
