The designated user for Software customers will be provided access to the Ignyte Platform to oversee or help build out the Compliance system and the purchased modules. When a user has been identified and set up in the Platform they will receive an email that will provide a link to the Platform and force a password reset.
The user will also be assigned a role that controls the level of access they will have to the Platform. Initially, it is Administrators who are set up, and they will do further user creation, unless Ignyte is managing your instance.
The majority of initial setup is done from the Settings area within the Platform. "Settings" are found by clicking on your name in the upper right corner. This menu also has a Log Out option to exit the Platform.
