  • Functionality enabled to identify a system as a Common Control Provider (CCP) Parent so its controls can be inherited by other systems or as a CCP Child for inheritance. 
  • In Advanced configuration, marking as CCP Child or Parent lets users view/add controls. A clickable link in the modal facilitates switching common controls between parents.

  • The user now has the capability to present tabs in the child system upon completion of the inheritance process.
  • A functionality is added to disable an alternate toggle button option once the system is identified as CCP.
  • The option to disable the control from the Grid view for the Child system is available.
  • A new feature allows the POA&M table to show the Domain of Control.
  • Instead of having to go through each existing Sub-framework, users can create new ones in the Advanced Configuration area by selecting the add icon.
  • The generation of FedRAMP Rev.4 parameters needs to be done on a distinct user interface and documented in an Excel sheet, and the FedRAMP Rev.4 parameters can be updated in bulk by using a downloadable Excel template.
  • The user can now see the timeline of responses and updates for each statement and sub-statement.
  • The addition of formatting functionality is added for responses to Statements and Sub-statements in the common response area.
  • The user is able to designate the Responsible Role in the dropdown menu of Edit Properties.
  • The Overview Tab's compliance percentage on the bar is based on the total count and weights of assessed controls.
  • In Custom SOR, new attributes are added to the custom record type's display name. Users can view, mark as Unique ID, edit the label, and set values as editable.

  • Bulk operations of status and responses for controls, statements, and sub-statements are available in the FedRAMP Rev.4 system. From advanced configuration, users can download and use a template to fill in the relevant information, and the information is displayed in the requirement and bulk operation area.
  • Permission to manage policies within the Role list category is now a featured capability.
  • Closing all deficiencies for a control in the POA&M area updates its status to 100%, marking related POAMs as closed. The "Mark as Not Assessed" button becomes inactive when the control reaches 100%, even for controls with multiple deficiencies.
  • Access the Ignyte Support Desk within the Platform through the newly added "?" icon for support ticket submission, assistance, and documentation access.
  • In Compliance table view, users can display custom SOR mapped data by enabling it from the gear icon, showing mapped record types with default fields.
