- In FedRAMP Rev.5, a default Sub-framework is added to the system, the CIS. The CIS Sub-framework worksheet includes the implementation status of the Controls. The CIS worksheet also includes the origination of the Controls.
- In FedRAMP Rev.5, another default Sub-framework is added to the system, the CRM. The CRM Sub-framework worksheet includes the origination of the Controls, which can be inherited from CSP. Comments in the Specific Inheritance and Customer Agency/CSP Responsibilities column can be viewed and edited, but new comments cannot be added.
- In Settings, under Global Notification Management, when the Common Controls Documentation Request email template is chosen from the Compliance Email Templates tab, a new field is available for Additional Information. This Additional Information field can be used to provide more details when requesting an artifact.
- In Role management, the user is able to view the permission provided to default roles.
- In the system POA&M tab, under Deficiencies, the Control IDs are listed in the same order as the Requirements list.
- For custom fields the specific field properties now display to identify the field type.
- In Configure Custom POA&M Fields, a new Milestones field is added.
- In Global POA&M, if the user creates a custom field, that field will be shown in the Advanced Configuration POA&M area, as well. There is an option to hide the custom field from Advanced Configuration if desired.
- In the ODP Editor, the user can now display a Parameter under the description of a Control.
