1. License Expiry Notification System
A new multi-channel notification system has been implemented to alert users and tenant administrators when their license is approaching expiration.
Notification Triggers: Alerts are triggered at the following intervals prior to license expiration:
30 days
10 days
1 day
Delivery Methods:
In-App Notification (Bell Icon): A notification will appear under the bell icon for all users.
Example message:
"Your organization's license will expire in X days. Please contact support@ignyteplatform.com to renew."
Login Screen Pop-Up: A modal appears on the login screen at the defined trigger intervals. The pop-up clearly states the remaining days and guidance to contact support.
Email Notification to Tenant Admins: Automated emails are sent to tenant administrators at 30 days, 10 days, and 1 day before expiration, including:
Number of days remaining
Urgency of renewal
Contact information for Ignyte support and sales (support@ignyteplatform.com)
Additional Notes:
Notifications are fully automated and do not rely on manual triggers.
Notifications automatically stop once the license is renewed.
This feature ensures proactive awareness of upcoming license expirations and minimizes the risk of access interruptions.
2. Reference Link Added to Appendix L Instructions – FedRAMP Rev 5 SSP
The Instructions section of Appendix L in the FedRAMP Rev 5 SSP has been updated to include a reference link to official guidance:
Enhancement Details:
Provides users with access to a comprehensive list of applicable laws, regulations, standards, and guidance.
Reference link: FedRAMP Laws, Regulations, Standards, and Guidance Resource
This addition improves clarity and supports accurate completion of Appendix L in the SSP.
3. Regulatory Requirement Field Converted to Multi-Entry Text Field
The Regulatory Requirement field in the artifact upload process has been updated for greater flexibility:
Previous Limitation: The field was a dropdown with predefined frameworks, restricting users to select only one option.
Enhancements:
Multi-Entry Text Field: Users can now enter free-form text and multiple regulatory requirements, separated by commas or line breaks.
Optional Suggested Tags: Auto-suggest functionality may assist with common frameworks (for example, NIST, HIPAA, SOC 2) without restricting user input.
Validation: Alphanumeric input with special characters is allowed, enabling entries like: "ISO 27001:2022, CMMC L2, GDPR Art. 5".
Expected Outcome:
Increased accuracy in documenting regulatory applicability for artifacts.
Enhanced usability for organizations following multiple or custom compliance frameworks.
Improved customer satisfaction through greater flexibility in compliance documentation.
4. Various bugs and display issues have been resolved.
