User management has been streamlined, allowing all user permissions to be configured in a single, guided workflow.
Centralized Permission Management: User information, role permissions, and system access are now managed in one place.
Three-Step User Workflow:
User Information: Capture core profile details and user status.
Role Permissions: Assign default or custom roles and review associated permissions.
System Permissions: Grant access to one or more systems and define system-level roles.
Improved Role Visibility: View role permissions with expand and collapse options, and navigate directly to Role Management to create or update roles.
Consistent Editing Experience: Editing existing users follows the same three-step workflow as user creation.
This update simplifies user administration, improves clarity of access controls, and reduces configuration time.
